DAY 1: THE STATE OF THE CO-OP & FACING CHALLENGES TOGETHER
09:00-10:00am CLOSED MEMBERSHIP MEETING
A private session for members to review financial reports, evaluate the status of current programs, and conduct official voting.

10:30-11:00am WELCOME & CO-OP VISION
The Board opens the summit with a high-level overview of the Co-op’s current health and strategic goals for the coming year.
11:00-12:00pm WHERE WE ARE TODAY
Heads of House deliver five-minute “state of the union” briefings for their organizations. Presentations will cover revenue per employee, expenses, and operational stats related to the Co-op. The session will conclude by identifying the top two challenges to be addressed in afternoon workshops.
12:00-01:00pm CROSS-POLLINATION WORKSHOPS: SOLUTIONS FOR CHALLENGES PART 1
Attendees will move into mixed department groups to brainstorm solutions for the challenges identified in the morning. This session asks participants to consider how they can support one another’s success.

Each group presents one actionable, collaborative strategy developed during the workshop to address a core Co-op challenge.

Break into professional peer groups by department (Creative, Print Production, Sales & Marketing, and Heads of House) to solve one of the primary challenges identified on Day 1.

The specialized work groups present their solutions and collaborative ideas.

A Board-facilitated session exploring the Co-op’s trajectory. This discussion will cover the long-term vision and specific milestones for 1, 3, and 5-year growth cycles.
